Immunophenotyping: Immunophenotyping was performed on a frozen and thawed bone marrow specimen at our institution. The lymphoblastoid gate contains a population of immature myelomonocytic cells with the following phenotype: CD34-, CD33+, CD13+, HLA-DR+, CD11b+, CD14-, CD15+/low, CD36+, CD117-, CD19-, and CD10-.
