Immunophenotyping: Immunophenotyping was performed on a fresh bone marrow specimen. In Forward and Side Scatter, the mononuclear cell populations are well identifable. In the CD45 and Side Scatter area there is a population with low side scatter. In the lymphoblastoid gate, there is a population of immature myeloid cells consisting of 95% of the cells in the sample. This population has the following phenotype: CD34-, CD33+, CD13+/-, HLA-DR+, CD11b+, CD15 +/-, CD14+/-, CD36+, CD117-, CD19-, and CD10-.
