Immunophenotyping: Immunophenotyping performed on a peripheral blood specimen revealed 3 cellular populations consisting of 13% lymphocytic cells, 66% monocytic cells, and 21% granulocytic cells. The monocytic population (the 66% population) showed the following immunocytologic phenotype: CD34-, CD33+, CD13+/-, CD14+, HLA-DR+, CD4+, CD11b+, CD15+, CD56+, CD117-, CD7-, CD19-, and CD10-.
