Immunophenotyping: Immunophenotyping was perfromed on a fresh bone marrow specimen. The following cell populations were noted: 1% monocytic, 1% granulocytic, and 96% blastoid. The mononuclear population had the following phenotype: CD19-, CD2+/-, CD34+, CD13-, CD15-, CD11b-, CD5+/-, CD33low, CD14-, HLA-DR-, 7.1-, Korsa-, cTdT+, cCD3+, cCD22-, cMPO-, CD7+, CD4-, CD8-, CD1-, CD13low.
Comment on this image collection: The immunophenotyping results are consistent of a Pre T-cell Acute lymphoblastic leukemia with a strong coexpression of CD13 and CD33.
