Sort of case report: in clinical view
Medical history: The patient was diagnosed in our clinic.
Clinical Examination: The patient had a leucocytosis of 430/nl with 96% blasts in the peripheral blood and almost 100% blasts in the bone marrow sample. The hemoglobin was 3.9 g/dl, platelets 50 /nl, and LDH 550 U/ml.

Molecular genetics (incl. Southern blot, PCR): No Molecular Diagnostics were performed on this patient.
Diagnosis: The immunophenotyping results are consistent of a Pre T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia with a strong coexpression of CD13 and CD33.
